Access Properties York are residential letting agents who deal with the property management of a wide range of accommodation in York, from rooms in shared houses, through to bedsits, studios, flats and shared housed tenancies available for an initial fixed term of six to seven months. After this initial term your tenancy continues on a rolling monthly periodic contract. Most of the accommodation we let is within walking distance of the city centre with good transport links. If you are unfamiliar with the york area, one of our representives will be more than willing to advise you on what York has to offer.
Once you decide to take a property with us we ask for a £200 payment to reserve the property. However, unlike other agents this is not a charge, instead it counts towards the bond you pay on moving in. For letting of general accommodation, Access Properties York charge £70* for a single occupant, plus £30* per additional adult. There are no other charges for administration, tenancy agreements, inventory checks etc and no annoying renewal documentation every six months. We try to make the letting process as simple as possible.
