This is a prime site, close to the University of York. Furthermore, it is virtually next door to the former Northern Dairies site, which has been cleared ready for a future residential campus for 282 students. Already, more students walk past this office on a daily basis than even our previous office in the University campus. Given this, and the benefit of our own private parking, we think that this is a better site than the offices currently occupied by any other York specialist student letting agent with excellent potential for meeting the needs of all our current and future clients.
