Seldom do I see other Agents’ dutifully clean, carryout repairs and redecorate their properties between tenancies as APYork does. The staff (although they don’t suffer fools gladly) have always been amendable, professional and helpful. Although some may find their style ‘direct’, I have only found them to be clear, concise but above all fair in their dealings with tenants, landlords and contractors alike.
Kim is especially helpful and always a pleasure to speak to. She is very knowledgeable, well-organised and ensures queries are dealt with promptly.
